Wii Fit Search

We have been trying for a couple of weeks now to get a Wii Fit, but without much success. I was trying the main online retailers such as Amazon. The only sites that seems to have them were Amazon Marketplace and Ebay, at inflated prices.
When I was looking for the Wii last year, I used a stock checking site wii-consoles, they now have a Wii Fit stock checker as well (www.wii-consoles.co.uk/wii-fit-in-stock.asp). Unfortunately that site has now been blocked by our company firewall, which meant I could only check stock in the evenings or weekends, which was not very successful.
Last week I came accross another Wii stock checking site www.wiipreorder.co.uk. I can access this one from work.
Both site have a live update option. You just go to the auto alert page and you get a pop-up when there is stock.
I did miss out on a couple of opportunities at Toys R us, John Lewis & Amazon. It is worth setting up accounts with some of the main suppliers, so you can quickly enter your details when you get the alert.
Yesterday I managed to get one with HMV. I was a little concerned that my order hadn’t gone through as the status was ‘ordering from supplier’, but I have just got the email telling me that it was despatched.
It should arrive in the next week. I’m on a training course next week in London, so Brad will get to use it first.
